All original artwork purchases are final. Refunds are not offered on original artworks.

If there is an issue with your artwork when it arrives, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can find a solution together.

All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided before purchasing.

Becky Butler does not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.

Shipping & Returns

Free UK shipping on all originals purchased through the website directly.

UK delivery only - please contact us to discuss options if outside of the UK.

Shipping costs may be applicable to original artworks sold as commissions, through representing galleries, or through exhibitions.

We are unable to ship your artwork again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office or the provided address was incorrect.

We aim to dispatch Items in 2 - 3 working days.

Recycled and biodegradable materials are used where possible to package items.
